[Publication] Intregating quality losses in routing procedures
How do routing decisions change if we consider food quality losses? This question is studied in a recent research at University of Bayreuth in cooperation with Kris Braekers from UHasselt. Results show that only minor increases in travel distance can substantially reduce food quality losses.
