Theses
The Chair of Food Supply Chain supervises theses at all levels (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral). The focus is set on quantitative managerial research questions, particularly concerning production and logistics, to provide model-driven decision support and derive managerial implications to relevant decision makers. Currently, regionality, resilience and digitalization in the food industry are key concepts of interest.
