Food Supply Chain Management
Christine is a qualified freight forwarding and logistics services clerk. After her vocational training, she decided to catch up on her high school diploma with the aim to study. After completing her bachelor's degree in nutrition and food supply management at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences, she moved to Giessen to complete a master's degree in nutrition economics. Part of her studies included a six-month internship, which she spent at a winery in California. At Faculty VII of Life Sciences: Food, Nutrition and Health Food Supply Chain Management, Christine can now combine her expertise from both fields.
